Amazing service!  Jess tailored a holiday package for my husband and I, celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. Poor customer service..!! The staff is arrogant and seems they are not happy to work. I went in their few months ago to make a flight booking, I was not even asked to have a seat. They kept making excuses and no one was happy to attend us. I'm a regular customer of flight centre but after this experience I don't feel like staying connected to them
