Terrible services, was helping by a girl then all the suddenly the lady next to her started to interrupt. Very rude. I was trying to do price match as promoted online, but then they needed to charge me$49, if I pay them $49 then Why don’t I just book it on the airline website. It really doesn’t make sense. Most importantly, customer experience is terrible and I don’t think i’ll go back.
At the same time, mum was trying to buy a ticket at the Chatswood store, and she was very happy with the customer services.

Worst customer service ever! Met the team leader for a price beaten as what Flight Centre claims as their selling point and as soon as she realised that I had a ticket price in mind, she pushed to sell a $49 insurance package per ticket as a mandatory. Otherwise, she told me that I can leave.
What I find more of a joke is she is one of the only two reviewers who left 5 stars (her name is Tamara), made me wonder if the second 5 star also came from this centre own staff or one of her friends!!

Always have to chase them to follow up. Not even one time, happened to me everytime I book a flight with them.

the WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER.... I have to call them so many times just for the ticket itinerary that they said they will send to my email, 6 calls now but nothing.

Worst worst travel agents we have ever experienced. Our agent, Sam, apparently quit a few weeks before our trip, and instead of allocating another agent to us, we were simply forgotten and our bookings dropped. When eventually we rang flight centre, rather than Sams unanswered number, someone else helped us, but the itinerary we eventually received was so jumbled and confusing we have just spent 40 mins in the wrong airport line, only to find that though we booked as a couple, our tickets were put through seperately, and we had to fight to even sit next to each other. Utterly terrible service!!!
