I have had flight cancellations/refund issues/flight credit issues you name it, and Bianca from Flight Centre North Lakes has gone above and beyond to help me through. From booking new flights, working out new routes if one Airport has booked out for the day, following up refunds and on top of all that kept me calm and stress free. 10/10 thank you Bianca for your service will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.
Walked in and immediately felt unwelcome, they looked busy which I can understand however there was no decency to greet me with a smile and ask me to have a seat or to say to me sorry we won’t be long instead made me feel like an inconvenience. I just wanted to book our first family holiday in over 3 years and I want it to be perfect. If I wanted to do it online I would not have come into your store. The rude lady I was speaking to had no interest in helping me she was really blunt and referred me to the website. When I asked if I could not do it in store she said you can but you would just be using my computer where I could be using it for something else. I am absolutely appalled at the poor level of customer service I received!Show some respect and maybe you’ll get some!
wouldn’t recommend bothering talking to Jess, went in to use credit to book another flight & was told i wasn’t able to. usually i’d understand & believe what i’ve been told - but my friend did the EXACT same thing with the EXACT same credit from the EXACT same flight as myself & didn’t have any issues. seemed like she had better things to do and wasn’t interested in doing her job properly.
Horrible staff member. She told us she can't really help us as she only knows as much as we do. And the eye rolls didn't help. OMG, don't waste your time, just book your own holiday. I walked out after she told us we had to give her exact dates or she couldn't assist us, leaning back and folding her arms. I worked in retail many years, and this was just pathetic.
Not happy with my recent experience booked flights to tasmania and I needed to change return flight due to family issues.Called flight center and after repeatedly being told on recording your business is important to us we can't take the call and to call into the shop .This was not possible obviously as I was on tasmania.Finally got through and staff member told me she would call back .had to chase this up later in the day said she would call Jetstar and call me back didn't call,had to have it sorted by the following day I called and she was in a day off.Not impressed didn't bother to hand it on was told I could do it myself through Jetstar to which I reminded the staff that's why I went through them .After voicing my annoyance another staff member finally sorted it
From the moment we walked in yesterday we felt unwelcome from this young girl, no smile, no how are u or how can i help just a blank stare like she could not be bothered giving out any advice. At one point I'm sure she even gave me an eye roll!!! She is lucky I have more respect and didn't let her have it. Terrible customer service and I will not be back. She's doing a job I would love to be doing like many others, she's in the wrong career!
Alec at North Lakes was brilliant in organising our overseas holiday following my brief in what we wanted for our family holiday. Especially the flights and carriers. He had so much knowledge about the carriers. Exceptional service. We were in good hands. So nice to be back at Flight Centre booking a flights abroad. Thanks Alec. Jasmine
So rude staff member. We been ignored and she prefers to serve other customers who walked in 10 minutes after us , we been waiting for 15 minutes and nobody is infront of us but she just ignored us , Wanted to give you guys -5 stars but couldn’t, show some respect to people , everyone must treated with respect regardless their skin color or race.
Won't even share my response as it's appealing what I have to say...even called the customer relations and that was just as bad! Can see where all the customer service skills come from..yet I'm stuck as I want my holiday so don't want to cancel it, pay this holiday and then all my holidays will be booked through the actual companies
We booked our trip back to the UK with Kate. She is such a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable which gave us confidence in her. If we email with any queries she gets straight back to us. We would highly recommend Kate.
