Do not go and see Richard here unless you want to be strung along, go back and forth, provide all the information requested, then be asked to put it all in an email and then no response. All whilst being dealt with in the most condescending and patronising manner by someone who presents as so full of their own self importance that you should be honoured that they have given you any of their precious time in the first place! Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time and money!
Our travel agent Richard is awesome. Friendly and very knowledgeable about travelling as he has done lots. Highly recommend him.
A bit ht and miss really, it depends on who you get. I've had both wonderful trips booked through these guys and total duds where they booked my accommodation in legit ghettos where I was lucky to leave with all of my internal organs still in my body. My advice is make them do the hard work and then in the comfort of your home go over their work with a fine tooth comb to make sure it's what you want.
I've just used Flight Centre for the first time after booking many trips abroad on my own. I must say the service was fabulous, making travel so easy. I am travelling to India as a solo female and I wanted to make sure all the boxes were ticked as to safety. I have booked this very 'last minute' and Flight Centre were fabulous in meeting all my requirements and arranging flights and accommodation at a great price to all the places I wanted to visit. The hassle of booking interconnecting flights and accommodation was all taken care of and the total cost was surprisingly good. I couldn't have made this trip any cheaper by booking it myself. I would like to highly recommend FLIGHT CENTRE LEICHHARDT, in particular my consultant Emily Degoumois. So helpful with attention to detail and such a joy to meet. Thanks so much. Sarah Mathieson
Best place ever to book a trip. Whether you need just a flight or to organise a full trip, the staff is friendly, professional, helpful, and always try to find the best solutions to suit your tastes and wallet. Highly recommended. It's worth going there even if you live on the other side of Sydney!
