Dana organised few trips for our family, and we are extremely happy with service. She always goes above and beyond to meet our requirements. Highly recommend.

Completely disinterested crew. Found prices elsewhere $1000 cheaper per person and told them. They didn't care. Said they can't match any price unless it's from their website or airline directly. This wasn't their policy before. They would beat it by $1 and you would go there because the service was amazing. Really disappointed.

I got my flight tickets first time from this store. I don’t want to share names but i have complaint about some staff. I hope someone can take it serious. I kindly asked to have special meal vegan, halal, kosher etc. they kindly said it has been added on the system. But, when i did my trips, they didn’t serve me special food. They just gave me the food what they serve during flight. That was the first disappointment. Secondly, i got a small paperwork issue on the way back to Australia. I kindly email them, but none of the staff didn’t get back to me. The 3 star rating is for the good pricing and nice conversation while we book the ticket. Other than that, you won’t deserve any other star ratings…

Made an hour long round trip to Loganholme shop which opened at 10 according to their website only to find it closed. I guess I'll go to their opposition and suggest others do the same

The Best Business for booking a Holiday Guaranteed we Recently booked a Holiday to NZ . We were Looked after by Dana at the Hyperdome Branch may i say Dana did a Tremendous job with booking our Getaway and She provided us with the Best Options for Travel insurance and Rental Car options which suited my family , Also we had to make a Claim through our Arranged insurance and Dana Really took time Out to Assist us with it all. Bottom line Flight Centre Hyperdome and Dana are the best

We have sent a few emails and called a few times to book a holiday and they don't get back to you with all the information you have asked for. Never once retuning our calls

Went to Flight Centre Loganholme approx 2 weeks ago with a friend to find out about the Ghan and packages that were available. Was greeted by a young girl who was training and a guy sitting next to her helping. We sat down with our request, so excited and the young girl was lovely enough but the guy just wasn't interested in helping. He said he couldn't do packages, he would have to get back to us. I asked, what about the train, how much etc, he said he couldn't bring the prices up but, it was approx so much, I asked if he had any brochures and was told "NO!". I could not get over the absolute disinterest he had in trying to help us, let alone being such a bad example for the girl he was training. Left there so disappointed, drove to Sunnybank Hills Hello World and were given pamphlets, prices, dates, packages and that much information that our heads spun. We spent approx and hour at Hello World chatting before making a decision on a Platinum Package and booking. Never again, will I even bother, to stop into a Flight Centre again. Such a huge waste of time.

We have been going to Flight Centre for last 8 years for both domestic and what feels like a decade ago international travel. Staff are thorough, give great advice and go to great lengths to make your travel perfect. And that's why I go to FC. Also we adore Tim at FC.

Booked our Honeymoon with Sandy last year. Can’t thank her enough for her patience and her input when helping us book our trip. All our tours and hotels were organised through her and she made sure we received confirmation of booked tours the day before the tour date. Great customer service. Can’t recommend her enough. She made it so easy for us. Thanks Sandy for giving my husband and I a honeymoon to remember.
