My friend and I booked our International Flights at Docklands and you expect staff at the Flight Centre to be experienced. Well not so in Docklands. Jaime & Corey had little experience in welcoming customers and treated us with little respect. As we sat down, Jaime was very unwelcoming and at no time introduced herself. She was having great difficulty using the computer and having to ask her Manager Corey for assistance. Jaime was unable to complete or confirm our flights at the time and said she would contact us in the afternoon. This never happened and we had to contact her to confirm things. While we made our bookings, Jaime suggested some travel insurance and we agreed to accept. Next day Jaime calls to ask if we want travel insurance which was a great surprise, as we had already agreed. Due to her incompetence we decided to organise our own travel insurance. The weekend was upon us and we had not heard from the Flight Centre about our tickets. We called and spoke to Jaime who was so so rude, your tickets are ready to pick up. We asked why she did not call to let us know and and became more aggressive. We went down and picked up our flight tickets from Jaime and she just handed them to us and said nothing. I would hope Flight Centre management team will take our complaint seriously and take the necessary action.

We spoke with Corey on the phone and he was so helpful! The experience was very positive and he answered all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm. We are about to finalise our return flights to Europe and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Corey for helping out! Much appreciated.

I cannot recommend Alice high enough!. She knows her stuff and is super friendly and helpful. Efficiency is her middle name. Thankyou Alice for your help. Booking at this crazy time is a bit of a challenge, so deciding to go to an agent instead of our usual "book online" was a great decision.  Merci! Hope to see you out  there in the wide world one day.

I can't thank Caitlin enough for taking the stress out of a challenging time to travel. Flying to and from the USA during Covid times is hard enough to arrange, but when your airline cancels your return flights in the middle of your stay, it was panic stations for me! But Caitlin took care of everything. She handled the rebooking of flights with the airline and some accomodation changes allowing me to relax and enjoy the rest of my trip. First class service, always incredibly friendly and responsive. I'll definitely be using Caitlin and Flight Centre for my future bookings. Thank you!

Great little store. Yes you can book you own flights but in a crisis trying to sort out flight changes etc. It is well worth having an agent. The world isn't going to return to normal anytime soon. But let's support the local agents and for that matter all locals in these difficult times.

Booked with this flight centre several times over the last couple of years.they knew exactly what I wanted and always accommodated for my needs. Also kept constant communication with me even when I was overseas making sure everything was going smoothly. Can’t recommend them enough ! Thanks guys

Great staff agent Ryan was a great help planning my trip helped me make the most of my time away and provided a bunch of information and great places to go to while away. Would recommend 100% ask for Ryan you won't regret it.

I visited this place to book tickets since I was sick of searching for cheap tickets and always having to pay more than the advertised lowest price. Even though it was on a sunday, they were open until 8!  Went there around 6pm and Meg was the person that arranged our tickets and she was super nice and professional and fast. Couldnt have asked for better service! The tickets were around the lowest price I saw on apps so it was a good deal.  I dont know why the rating here is so low but for me it was a great experience and i plan on going to get tickets for other destinations.
