I approached Tim in-store in October 2022 and asked him to plan a European trip for myself for March 2023, but left it open and even sent an itinerary the following week, stating even if it was just to Greece I would be happy. I heard nothing back despite several emails following up. I offered him my details several times to confirm I was serious, to which he continuously declined. Despite Tim well and truly being back from his holiday over the Xmas period I still have yet to hear back, with any planning, courtesy, nothing. I don't really understand the purpose of a place that is supposed to assist you planning your overseas trip when they literally ignore you? Zero stars.
Brooke was terrific, so so helpful and lovely. she answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. we were going to book a holiday through a cruise line but after speaking to brooke we ended up doing it through her. hope she’s on commission! what a woman.
Anthony has helped me with several flights over the past 5 years including persisting for 3 years to get our refund from flights during the pandemic. Friendly, knowledgeable and always get great fares.
