Bit of a waste of time really. They do not want to match online prices. And were far more expensive for the trip we had planned. Perhaps there is no longer any need for face to face ticket purchases.

Excellent service, staff were polite and efficient. In and out in no time. Much better exchange inside the store compared to UAE exchange opposite the store.

Some people are whingers, what does Luca expect on a Sunday morning? I personally have arrived at lunch time on a weekday and waited for up to 30 minutes as I would expect to do so. The service I have experienced is 110%, keep it up Flight Centre Chatswood.

I was served by this guy with tattoos who strolled in from his lunch break. When I asked him for holiday options he threw some brochures at me. Didn't answer any of my questions. And was constantly on his mobile phone when I was sitting with him! He then left me unattended and left for another call. I walked out of there finally with just a brochure. Avoid at all costs! You are better of Googling!
