Extremely poor customer service!!! I am usually satisfied with Flight center and continue to use them for my destinations abroad. However i have found Midland flight Center to be extremely Rude impatient and the Lady had me extremely irrate by the time i left and extremely upset. After being quoted $2,298 for flights and then checking itenary and price shown as $2,598. I questioned this and was told it was an error but she had quoted verbally 2,598. Which was not the case. After doing my own calculations it still was not adding up. So i discussed this with my partner he looked online to find the flights were $2,398. After showing her this we still had to send an email proving the flights were cheaper. I enquired about the flight center guarantee and she said they only Match it. After reading other sites it says we beat any quotes? She further went on to say i had attitude from the time i walked in. And she had another client that wanted to see her, so we needed to go to the bank get the money and pay asap, and that she is doing all the work. After explianing to her that i had tried to do my own bookings online but due to international bookings it was difficult for me to do so and she further went on to say its all her hard work and her time and she is doing all the work that if i wanted to i can do it myself. So after all that i was extremely upset and worked up. We ended up having to do our own bookings online. I have never been so angry and upset about customer service and i never complain but this lady had me sooo worked up. I know i will not be recommending any 1 use FLIGHT CENTER Midland and if you have to do Not use Michelle Roisin Moore as your consultant! Flights and accommodation are Now booked and i will be thinking twice about using flight center in the future. Unless the customer service improves i definitely will not be using Midland.
