Very poor staff service! I went there last week. A lady who sit at the second counter (which closed the door) service me. I asked her do a quotation for the holiday package. I sit there around 15 minutes to wait for her do the research. During the 15 mins, she ignore me and did nothing except talking with another lady. After 10mins, she told me her system is too slow, she cannot give me the quotation right now,and ask me to leave my details to her, she will contact me later when she get the quotation. But i never get her information until now. She just waste my time. I wondering why flight center hire this kind of staff. I will never go back there! I went to Takapuna branch today. The staff service is excellent! I recommend people go to takapuna branch rather than Albany.
