Waiting, waiting and still waiting for confirmation from Flight Centre Maahanga Dr.  I met with Rosanna Clarke and she assured me she would check out flights and accommodation for a group of 30 people to Thailand and Bali and send to me via email.  I asked if she would like my email and other details, she replied "no I have your details here along with your husband.  3 weeks on, no phone call, no email not a word about my request.  My husband called last week and spoke to another person (male) at Flight Centre Maahanga Dr, and said he would pass the message on to Rosanna Clarke.  Here we are no response!!!!! Definitely don't deserve any stars. Bad service, no service.  Went through a more deserving and reliable travel agent.  The only reason you get a 1 star is to get this post... to you, you don't deserve the 1 star.... honestly.
