Came in today Thursday 28/12/23 at 6pm to enquire about when Is the best time to fly to Switzerland. I have traveled to many countries before but not familiar with Switzerland so I thought it’d be helpful to have a travel agent suggest us tours or information. We are flexible on when to travel so me and my partner asked when was the best time to travel, the lady Brunnette hair wearing a gold engagement ring looked uninterested, unprofessional and had no idea or knowledge in regards to all our questions. She looked uninterested because we weren’t sure when to travel and told us to do our own research. We did mention we would like to do husky sledding and she said “ is that dogs?” And that they do not support activities involving dogs as it can be about animal cruelty.??? I understand about animal cruelty with certain activities such as elephant riding but this has nothing to do with animal cruelty. She was really rude as she said “you need to do more research yourself” when she didn’t know what husky sledding was. She also hesitated to give us a brochure and assumed we are not interested in tours but little does she know I have booked with G adventures and contiki tours in the past and she said “ but looking at these Brochures are useless for you because you are too young.. you don’t want to travel with 50-60 year olds and you want to do your own thing” … we never even said that. But overall what a horrible experience and I will book with a different travel agency.

We have worked with Jason Dooley now on two trips: one for a large family group and one for a couple. On each occasion he has met all of our trip requests, offering ongoing support from enquires to pre-departure checks. His responses are timely and knowledgeable, and he always follows up - Jason’s work is awesome

I.am really.dissppointed l booked a hotel in Paris including breakfast but unfortunately Jason Doodley cancelled our breakfast without letting us know. I will never visit Flight Centre be cause once bitten twice shy.
