Travel Agent Grace Sakr was efficient, professional and very understanding when communicating with us. She was able to find a suitable solution to a flight cancelation. Grace was able to give us tranquillity and managed to efficiently work on a solution for an Airline error. We are very happy with her customer service. 5 stars for sure.

Wonderful service and very knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to ensure this holiday was a success. They were able to help me book an overseas trip for a large group of people with a variety of needs. I am completely blown away by their ability to organise everything including appropriate transport for people with disabilities. They ensured all of our tours would be appropriate for the diverse needs of the people attending by calling them directly and explaining what would be required for our group to have a good time. All of the hotels catered to our needs and were aware of the extra support needed to make this trip amazing. I can’t thank them enough for the extra mile they went to make our holiday special. Would highly recommend you book with them and will continue to book our large group trips with them in the future.
Completely incompetent staff. Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. A list of issues: I had a extra one way flight on my itinerary to a country that wasn't even in my flight path, I picked this up when collecting my ticket. I requested and was told without a doubt that I would have window seats for my flights, this was not the case, and I found this out between long haul flights. I booked and paid extra for a particular activity that flight centre told me wasn't possible after I had booked and paid while I was traveling to my destination. This information was however incorrect. They actually gave me two excuses that the tour provider had never even heard of. When I asked my travel agent this is while I was waiting for a connecting flight to explain and fix these issues, I was told I was being rude. She was about to hang up on me when I requested to speak to the manager. Seemingly on the surface the manager tried to fix the issues but on our return to Australia it seems as if it was all for nothing. My travel companion is now being blamed for the issues with her trip. This has been an absolutely terrible experience, and I urge you not to use Flight Centre Gymea.
We have been dealing with Christa Lyons for about 5 years, every holiday we have booked with her has been done with such preciseness, we did an American trip with 5 kids and it was all smooth sailing, then a year later she organised a European Trip where we visited 11 countries and that was also smooth sailing, she is humble, yet professional and i then referred her to my company I work for and she does all the Corporate Travel for both my Directors, lets just say if she ever moved from Flight Centre we would follow her. Best Travel Agent in all of NSW...Any chance I get I refer her to family and friends.
