In the past my rate was 5 stars. When I have booked flights, insurance and hotels, for myself my family. That's when the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, my last experience the same at this time. When I attempted to book a flight for myself through the nearest Flight center. First, I attempted to call. But, after several attempts calling the number I found online, I was only getting a recorded message that advised to call again later or to go straight to a nearest Flight center. I decided to go to make my way to the nearest center which was at Doncaster . When I arrived at the Flight center shop I was surprised as there was no customers in the shop. The was x2 staff members present at the time and this was in the middle of Friday afternoon. One of the staff asked if I had a scheduled appointment, and I explained that I tried to call but unfortunately no answer. The staff member explained they have been very busy maybe that's why. I then asked if I could ask about flights and make a reservation. He explained I would have to schedule an appointment and the next available time would be in a week's time they were open between 09:00-4pm. I explained that I worked and if would be possible to schedule an appointment for the weekend? I was then told to call another Flight center to be assisted as that Flight center did not open on the weekends. Lastly, I asked if would be possible to call the other center to book an appointment for me? The answer, no. I would not call it a good experience after all.
Nobody answers the calls. We called several times within a week. We were put on hold and then the phone drops the line! In other words you get disconnected. No wonder we are all opting to book online with web travel services. I question how these centres are still open.
Tyler Wright is an absolute legend. Had the pleasure to meeting him a couple of months ago and his support have not stopped since. From giving me different options, booking my flights, organizing the insurance and the seats I wanted and keeping me posted with travel documents and travel requirements; he has made my experience a very enjoyable one. Thanks Tyler for your amazing and genuine service and care, you have given me the piece of mind I was looking for to ensure after the pandemic I have a very enjoyable holiday.

Attended this store on Thursday only to be welcomed by a closed door, 15 minutes before advertised close time of 5:30pm. Staff were present in store and they blatently ignored me. Very poor customer service. If it's not enough time to help a customer at least have the decency to talk with them and arrange another time. My matter was a simple one, and I took my business elsewhere.
Never open, need to make an appointment to come in but can’t make an appointment cause they don’t pick up ghd phone
I have a credit with Quantas in my name for flights we had to cancel we went to the store on Saturday to see if we could get a refund as we could no longer use them, they said they would get back to us and we have heard nothing, unfortunately my brother passed away suddenly on Monday morning so i called flight centre to see if i could use the credit to fly my cousin and his son down to attend the funeral. Their response to this was that we can change the name and wanted to charge an extra $1200.00 We have used Flight centre on a number of occasions but this will be the last time
This company didn't have a clue or a very friendly way of serving overseas customers
Only will see if you have a booking, even though 2 out of 3 staff members were surfing the internet on the phones when we walked in....
No one answers the phone, you have to book an appointment, they don't work on weekends and are under staffed.
