We paid Flight Centre $700 to stay in a hotel in Singapore and to cut a long story short, the hotel was too noisy, dirty and there was no breakfast provided as agreed. We stayed one night before finding another hotel. We did not stay for 5 nights. I have taken photos of the incidents of dirty linen, missing fridge, dirty/smelly air conditioning, mouldy bathroom and a rat outside the hotel. We are not fussy people but staying a week in these conditions was too much. We do not know how they obtained 3.5 stars even. Flight Centre did not even care when I called from overseas and they have not tried to contact me at all. All I received is attitude on the phone. No customer service, Will not be dealing with Flight Centre again.
