Flight Centre Burwood

I met with Josh at the travel expo over the weekend and he managed to get my girlfriend and i, a great deal for our Europe trip flights for next year. He was honest and upfront about all the questions we had and had some great recommendations and insight for us since it's our first time going! So happy we found such a helpful and trustworthy flight consultant to help us out!

When you ask the variance in airfares for a range of days and you are told for two days only! When you ask for the breakdown of fares, the great consultant tells you, "oh! I have connected all the flights!" Further questions pisses the consultant off and he tells me Mam, this is my store and you may leave! What a joke! I wished I had seen the lady sitting beside the great man who claims to be the owner of flight centre, Burwood!

Our travel expert was extremely rude and unhelpful. The transfers between our hotels were not booked correctly, and resulted in unnecessarily long waits that detracted from our holiday.

One agent there not worth mentioning not only wasted my time but did not listen to what I simply wanted which was a straightforward trip but wanted to try and milk me by adding other things I did not want, still even mentioning this to him he still persisted. I'm not sure what travel agent they are running there but they need a shape up or ship out attitude. Go there at your own risk...
