The agency helped with my parents trip and the service was great,  they always ask a lot of questions and come back a lot,  other agents have been annoyed but the ladies who helped us (Emma and Maddy) were really patient, professional and friendly! Initially, very disappointed experience here. Reserved the air ticket with quotation, and was told it can be decided the next day. The next day I turned up, I was told my quotation only reserved the seat but not the price, the price jumped from $550 to $850. So what's the point of reservation?!!! Very frustrating and disappointing. But it end up fixing up by Denyse, she is very nice, amazing and professional. I would recommend to the centre more training to staff member do.

Contacted Flight Centre Main Number as My Office Was Closed and was put through to to Denyse At Box HILL (I am in Mornington), had a few tix issues with long Haul Flight, she was AMAZING, gave me her email and direct Number...Next day I called her, she assisted me with seat change info, online check in Info and .........COUNSELLING as I am a (Terrified Flyer-With A Child in Tow)...Lovely Helpful Lady.. Thanks Denyse x
