Extremely disappointed with this company. They held my card for $350 which was supposed to be eradicating insects and roof ants in roof and around house. They couldn’t fit in the roof so just sprayed outside of windows leaving a white residue on all my windows which I had just had professionally cleaned 2 days prior. They told me to hose the windows down myself - which I did but that didn’t remove the residue. They would not come back and fix the situation nor did i get any discount for them not completing the job. I haven’t heard back. Do not use this service ridiculous $350! I’ve never had to make a complaint ever with any services ever!  - problem being them holding your card and not fulfilling their obligation they just process the payment. Shocking result. The pic of my window above doesn’t quite show the drip stain marks left on all of my outside windows. Julie from Arrawarra NSW unhappy customer.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Flick team under the leadership of Luke Modderno. The service was prompt, communications were thorough and timely, and I felt reassured that my property was in the hands of a highly professional team leader. Had Andrew service my property, both inside and outside treatment. Friendly, quick and thorough.nnEven the customer service was good. Explained my situation in which I wasn't currently staying at my place pet sitting an elderly dog. They offered to give me a call 30 minutes before arrival, which Andrew did.

I have had Andrew looking after my pest control requirements. Andrew has been around multiple times and everytime we have had the best service. He listens to the customers need and is very knowledgeable about his work.

Andrew attended today our house for termite traps check and spray. He was very helpful and took time to explain why I got the visit from two separate teams today, which was not what I expected. But Andrew called the office and clarified everything to me. He also provided me with the advice what to do in the future if some of the insects flies come back again. Finally Andrew  answered all my other questions regarding the treatment he was providing today too. Very professional and very polite service.  Thank you.
