Terrible customer service trying to get a refund for continuing to charge us even though the contract had ended. Next step is fairgo.
DO NOT LEASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! Extremely disappointed. Received my laptop back after a third time needing repairing, and it is still not charging properly. On top of this, I was told I would own the equipment outright at the end of the lease, but I was charged 400!+ instead as well as a final payment being taken from me. Also- they wiped my whole laptop- even though I ticked the “please back up” box. Will be escalating the complaint. Will never ever hire through this unprofessional company again.
Paid off an iPhone 8 over the course of 12 months. When it came to pay the 'Keep equipment fee', I was informed that the terms and conditions had changed for my agreement. Meaning I had to pay $300 to keep the equipment as opposed to $149 A months rent . FlexiRent say they have the right to change the terms and conditions, even if you signed and agreed to different conditions when the contract commenced. A filthy way to run a business and I would urge people to avoid at all costs.
Terrible experience their communication when it comes to end of term is technically non existence. Then I got an email saying that they had received my purchase payment and my contract had been closed, only to then have another 2 payments come out in the following months. Very confusing and horrible customer service support when I asked them to explain why this happened. Of course I couldn't get my money back either.
Bad communication - Check clause 9 they just keep charging you until the end of eternity instead of informing you your payments are over. Might go to the T.V show FAIR GO on this one and see what they have to say as I have a lot to say about it.
BEWARE! Flexirent will talk you into signing up with them and then take you for a lot more money than the item is worth! The reps on the phone will mislead you into believing there are no hidden extra costs! Do NOT sign up with flexirent unless you are prepared to lose money!!
