My home location is Queenstown, but being away for the weekend I was happy to know there was a location in Dunedin! SUPER NICE LOCATION. Lots of parking. Clean indoor gym space and organized! Makes a huge difference in your training mindset to have a clean space to work with. I appreciate all the cleaning equipment easily accessible on the gym floor and was nice to have all the space between each piece of equipment. Variety was also there. As well as a separate room for other training options. I really enjoyed my time here! And love the entrance and space they’ve created here.
Very friendly and relaxed professional, local gym with great facilities and support.
I started working out about a year ago and despite staying consistent being a personal challenge, I have always felt like it was easier to do at Flex. The staff are welcoming even in early mornings and late afternoons. I think the positive environment the staff has built really helps with showing up and trying my best. It’s a small gym but it’s good seeing the same faces every week.
Had a wonderful experience with Flex Fitness and their incredible staff! Big shoutout to Alyssa, Georgie and crew for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for me. Equipment and showers all in good condition, gym seems to have a “family” aura about it to ease any newcomer!
Visited this gym on a work trip and it was really great! The staff are awesome, it’s a super welcoming vibe. The equipment is all new, modern & it’s clean and tidy. There is parking outside and a smoothie bar - so good!
