Brilliant͏ communication and service. We were selling our house as the result of a separation, Jenni was empathetic during the whole process and ensured she communicated with both of us on every decision that had to be made. She came to the house to discuss all aspects of the sale process which was convenient because we did not have to attend the office, but also gave it the person touch. I truly felt that Jenni was working in both our best interests during the whole process. The open houses were organised to run over a weekend, back to back, which gave us the best chance of selling quickly and made it easier for us to keep the house in display mode This technique resulted in a number of offers following the weekend of open houses, one of which exceeded our expectations and was excepted. Jenni’s continued her regular and friendly communication with us after the offer was excepted, answering all our questions quickly and with the same friendly service. I would recommend Jenni and the team at Fletchers Olinda to everyone. Brilliant, friendly service.
Jenni and the team at Fletchers Olinda were great to work with. We did not end up buying our home through them, but I am sure if we had the experience would have been excellent. We did go through the offer process a couple of times with them though, which was clear and straightforward. Their firm had a family feel, we were welcomed warmly every time we went to an open. A good bunch that lot from Fletchers in Olinda.

Persistence͏ pays off We've dealt with Jenni over about 7 years and have bought and sold several times in that period. She has always been really honest, responsive, friendly, flexible and gets us where we need to be unfortunately not this time around due to rocketing interest rates and market volatility, however we can live with the sale price. Many͏ difficulties approached with enthusiasm and professionalism My house was a damaged during the June storms in the Dandenong Ranges last year. Jenny took on the job of selling my house and property with enthusiasm and professionalism and was willing to adapt to the unusual situation. Unfortunately the first sale fell through despite Jenni trying very hard to keep the buyer on track. With the settlement date of my new house looming closer she went all out to sell the property again within my required time. This was done successfully and I am happy with the outcome. She was always in close contact with me and kept me up to date on all that was happening. Following each 'open for inspection' she would contact me with updates of the numbers of people who viewed the property and their interest. Jenni put in a lot of hard work to secure my two sales and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
Looking͏ to purchase our first home for 6 months has been a very stressful and daunting experience for us. From the first inspection to purchasing our first home with Jenni, the experience has been just the opposite. Jenni was quick to respond to any queries, address any concerns, and have been instrumental in facilitating the communication with the vendor when the vendor's conveyancer was unresponsive and we wanted a less formal method of communication. We are very thankful Jenni is the agent for the property we purchased and will recommend her to any of our friends.

Great͏ local knowledge Jenni is always there to give an update and to give recommendations. Her local knowledge of the Yarra Ranges is fantastic and that helps when properties aren't your standard 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom houses on a 1/4 acre block. Jenni was very responsive to update requests whether that was adding photos or changing open for inspection dates. Being local means they can do the extra touches because they are so close. This has been our third sale with Jenni/Fletchers and even though there have been some challenges along the way with the market and purchaser set backs we have always got the desired result in the end. The whole Fletchers team has been very friendly and professional and we give a special mention to Jenni for all her efforts to help us over the years.
David͏ is extremely helpful and friendly and worked hard to find us the right property David was a an excellent real estate agent . He really listened to our requirements and helped us to make the right purchase for us. He was always friendly and went out of his way to help us view properties when it fitted our work schedule. He was very knowledgable and I would reccomend him to anyone looking to engage an agent .
Felt͏ right from the beginning Jenni was great from the get go. My wife and I met with multiple agents over a 3 days period and as soon as we met with jenni there was no need to look any further. She was very open about how she did things and why, and continued to keep us in the loop from start to finish which was really important. Her market knowledge was excellent and she was quick to put to rest any concerns we had. Although sad to see our house go our family has outgrown it we are very happy with the final outcome and highly recommend giving jenni a call if you’re on the hunt for an agent.
