The service was good and the 4WD was in great condition except for one critical aspect that was overlooked on handover inspection. Before receipt of the vehicle we went through inspection being informed of all the bumps and scratches and othqer technical issues. But I was allowed to drive the 4WD away with one tyre at 14 pounds back left and all the rest around 20 pounds. The vehicle had been used on sand but the tyre pressure was not adjusted back to recommended pressure. This of course on a road is quite dangerous at speeds qhigher than 40kms/hr. I noticed the heavy steering but only when turning and had to stop at the nearest station to correct the pressure to the manuals recommended pressure. The tyres were Cooper branded, an excellent All Terrain tyre but had they been anything less and I had not fixed the correct pressure immediately, a blow out back to my suburb of Cleveland was a high risk to me and my family and the vehicle. FleetCrew please ensure all aspects of your vehicles are double checked on return inspection to reduce any potential fatal risks of an error of this nature. Rushing the process of preparation from one client to the next can lead to serious consequences. Given I dropped the vehicle off at your after hours parking lot I was unable to inform your staff.
Professional and punctual. New vehicles in excellent technical condition. Prompt booking correspondence with same day offers including multiple choices depending on the budget and passengers requirements. Will use them again.

You can not find a better place to hire 4x4 vehicles for recreational purposes. The vehicle is modern, well equipped and maintained. We hired a parado for 4 days on Fraser Island, and had a wonderful time. The fleetcrew price was even cheaper other local 4wd renting businesses close to the island, let alone you get a much better vehicles with fleetcrew

I couldn't be happier with Fleetcrew services and I will definitely use them again. I hired a 8 seater 4wd couple weeks ago to go to Fraser Island. The car was super clean and running fine. Unfortunately we had a mechanic issue with the car in the last day which it could happen with any other car in any other place. As soon as I contacted the Fleetcrew staff Ben to let them know about the occur, he was extremely helpful with me and arranged a new vehicle in few minutes! He was also making sure everyone was ok and we would have enough time to take our ferry on time. Returning back home I was also surprised by FleetCrew when they returned my bond back quickly + 1 day of rent fee back because of the mechanical issue. I will definitely recommend FleetCrew for anyone.
Hired a Toyota Land Cruiser for a holiday trip to Moreton Island. From the initial booking to the overall service the whole experience was great. The vehicle was in very good condition and clearly well maintained. I would highly recommend FleetCrew for specialized vehicle hire. I have rented a Toyota Prado to explore Moreton Island with some friends and the all experience couldn’t have been better. Staff was friendly and happily explained and the details. The car was basically new and was everything that we could ask for. For sure I will use FleetCrew services again.
