The rare beef pho really hit for me, the place was perfectly air conditioned, providing a perfect soup eating environment considering it was 35 degrees today. The broth was flavourful, the meat was a good portion size, and the soup was accompanied with all the fixings. I had longed for a good pho for several months because there was no Vietnamese restaurants where I lived. This one surprised me, as it was the only option passing through. Definitely worth a soup stop. The staff were also very friendly. My partner who is a noodle enthusiast approved of his meal. Keep up the good work guys
What a gem! This Vietnamese restaurant delivers on every level—authentic flavours, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful presentation. The pho had a deep, aromatic broth, the vermicelli bowls were vibrant and refreshing, and the balance of sweet, sour, and savoury was perfection. Portions were generous and great value for money. A pleasant surprise was seeing crispy pata—a Filipino favourite—on the menu, and it was executed spot on.nnFriendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere made it an easy place to enjoy a great meal. Highly recommended!nnP.SnWe ordered several dishes, but they disappeared before we could take any photos!
Great food and good value. The food here is tasty, pretty healthy with good portion sizes.nnHighly recommended if you are looking for a decent place to eat on Mackay. It can get pretty busy so it’s best to book ahead or get in early. So far we haven’t had a bad plate here and have visited half a dozen times or more. Enjoy!!
My husband and I ordered the vegan crispy pancake. It was on the smaller side for what this dish is supposed to be, but it was absolutely delicious.nHighly recommended.nnThe table ordering with QR code is not great. We didn't have a physical card, so after wasting time doing the order this way, we had to go and order at the counter. Unless they integrate some other type of payment system into their ordering app, they will have issues in future when more customers opt for digital cards only. I also saw some elderly customers struggle with ordering this way. It's a shame, because from our experience, the food is fantastic.
I had such a wonderful experience at this Vietnamese restaurant in Mackay.nThe food was absolutely delicious , especially the combination soup , it was so flavourful, fresh, and comforting.nDespite how busy the restaurant was, the service was amazing; all the food was served quickly and came out hot with excellent quality and generous portions.nI was honestly surprised by how everything was so well prepared and organised.nnHighly recommended for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine with great service!nn Combination soup as their recommendation is enough for sharing.
