Fixed my 15+ year old Blanco oven in minutes after the element failed. His direct approach may put some off but IMO it would definitely be your loss if you went with an alternative repair outfit. With his initial questioning over the phone we established that a repair was likely to be worth while rather than having to replace the oven. This is always a good sign when somebody doesn't want to take your money for the sake of it. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to review other important facets of the oven like the working temperature and lubricating the hinges. He also provided me with use/maintenance advice to increase the longevity of the unit.
