Kelly and Gwil from Fix It Roofing have recently assisted us with repairs/renovations to our ex-rental property in Waikanae that we wanted to sell. The property had a leaking roof, a soft bathroom floor and other minor maintenance issues. As we live in Australia we were unable to view the property or organise the work ourselves.
