Required a frame to be fixed with shadow box remaining - was told by that if they had any problems I would be contacted to discuss. On pick up the shadow box has been completely removed and the frame is flush. I was told they could do nothing but this but I was not consulted, as promised when I left my print with them. Very poor customer service - would not recommend.

Exceptional work, got them to frame a vinyl record for a Christmas present and what i got in return was something that was second to none. I could of bought something that was mass produced for a fraction of the price and it would of been just another gift, or something that is timeless, had character and will be treasured for a long time. I choose the later and am so glad I did. Thanks guys the final product was spectacular!
