I have never ever been to such a brilliant pharmacy! The team are all absolutely lovely and genuinely want to help you, not just upsell - they are focused on your health and what they can do to help with any issues you're having. Store layout is nice and easy to find everything and pharmacy dispensing is always so quick. Ken and Sue Anne have done an amazing job of creating a family friendly welcoming place!
The team at Five Mile Pharmacy are incredible at helping look after our health. They are aware of our health concerns and can help with recommendations and advice. They're my first call when we need medical products and advice. It's also a super convenient location with easy parking outside.
Great over the phone service. I think Alice served me, she was awesome! I ordered my products over the phone and Ken delivered to my address. Ordered in the morning and they were at my door a few hours later! Real blessing as I am isolating and don't have any family here to help me out. Thanks a million team!
I’m isolating at the moment, so couldn’t go into the pharmacy. The lovely lady who served me allowed me to pay over the phone and even offered to drop my purchase at home. To save her the effort, I asked if it was possible to just bring my purchase out to the car. She was more than happy to do this — brought it out and left it on my windshield. She went above and beyond to help, and I’m so grateful for this wonderful service. Excellent stuff, 5 Mile Pharmacy!

Ken and his team at Five Mile Pharmacy are exceptional and deserve a shout out. I have been a customer of theirs now for over three years. They are always friendly and go above and beyond, chasing up doctors and prescriptions as well as help with things that probably don't fall into the job description but they do it anyway. The service is always friendly and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks guys for being awesome!!
The team are always pleasant, incredibly helpful, and are great with a convenient prescription fulfillment or a handy flu vaccination. They've really impressed me with their personal service.
