Best customer service! Equipment is regularly cleaned, in working condition and modern. A lot of options for classes - particularly the Les Mills classes!
Getting up the stairs to enter the gym is half the workout, so don’t recommend doing a big leg session and then attempting to leave Decent size but gets extremely busy and packed. Usual issue of weights and plates being everywhere that plagues every gym. Showers are really good as are the body wash and shampoo that is available.
Equipment stays broken a long time.. Seriously how long does it take to get a plumber? Here you have one of the most well attended and financially solvent clubs in Australia.. can we ask for a bit more ‘service’ with our membership? Please
The gym itself is nice but for a gym stating it is covid safe, is obviously not when the thickness of the dust in the toilets is yet to dwindle... I highly recommend either getting some new cleaners, or some more. Bathrooms need a good scrub in and out of cubicles.
Air conditioning never works during the summer, so you basically work up a sweat without actually working out. Friendly staff.
