I have been a member here for over a year and just got hubby signed up. This gym is so well laid out, great equipment. The lighting and design creates such a good atmosphere. We also use the kids cartel and it is excellent. Our girls absolutely love it! The staff are always so friendly. The classes are great too. It's good value for money. Highly recommended this gym.
Good gym facilities, but I feel so let down by this company.nnAfter cancelling my membership, I encountered a fee discrepancy. I was assured by the customer service manager that the issue would be resolved promptly, but nothing was done, and the manager subsequently quit.nnI was informed by staff that there was no one available to address the issue, as they didn’t have a customer service manager at the time. After waiting for the new manager to start, I spoke to her, and she assured me she would speak to someone about the issue and get back to me within a few days. However, she did not follow through.nnSince then, I have called over a dozen times to contact her, but to no avail. I feel completely taken advantage of.
Amazing atmosphere and top quality equipment that is always maintained and kept clean by staff.nnThe staff are beyond amazing. Harmony is such a kind and caring soul and she has been so helpful and knowledgeable towards myself and my friends.nnI highly recommend this club to anyone that’s looking for a community environment with modern and up to date equipment.
One of the nicest gyms I have trained in for a long time. I did not catch the person’s name working at reception or the front desk on Friday when I was in, but wanted to give you a shout out. Your friendly and positive art belongs in the industry. Really great. Great place to train.
In terms of the gym, the space is nice.nnUnfortunately, I have had a similar experience to many others leaving reviews. Systems are poor, staff are limited in their access and management who do not return phone calls.nnIn the past have noticed incorrect charges against my account. Had to call several times before hearing back from management to rectify this.nnAt this stage also flagged that I was unable to book classes through the app. Was advised that multiple members were having the same issue and that it would be fixed. Have never heard back and this has never been rectified.nnHave spoken to 4 different team members with regards to cancelling my membership. All of which tell me different stories - one advising that I did not even have an account and that my phone number was linked to a different persons account.nnAll tell me that they will leave a note for management - however yet to receive a call back in the time periods advised.nnUnable to find an email for the club online. Tried messaging on Facebook in the hope that someone might reply but no luck.nnDon’t put yourself through the stress of signing up here.
