Fitness Cartel is an amazing gym! Good range of machines, super clean and tidy. Star was an absolute legend for signing me up and showing me around, even though her shift has technically finished ages ago! She gave a very detailed tour of the gym, super polite and attentive, brought the good vibes!
When I first came here, the sign up process was easy, so easy they didn’t tell me I was signing up for a 12 month commitment. They also mentioned I’d get the first month free and I never got that. After one week they charged $250 for no reason, and I asked to get a refund but they never responded.nnThe use of the gym was ok, I didn’t use it often but when I did, the people weren’t that nice and the toilets were grossnnLike most places the cancellation process has been an absolute hassle, no communication, no responses to emails, I’ve tried calling and getting them to push the cancellation through but no confirmation email has come through in over 2 weeks.nnThis place is useless. The staff aren’t nice, they force you to leave a 5 star review when you sign up I wonder why. The communication is horrible, the gyms ok, has most machines but it’s no world gym.nnWaste of moneynTerrible professionalismnDo not recommend
Kirsty was very friendly and professional when we came to sign up. She made us feel comfortable with the decision we made to sign up. Loved the customer service we received and the membership plans discussed and offered. Can't wait to start my Fitness Cartel journey
Kirsty made my partner and I’s experience very welcoming into the gym. She explained everything to us formally and let us know of the different membership option choices in depth to ensure we were getting the best outcome! As well, gave us both an awesome deal! She is super lovely and friendly and we look forward coming into the gym
