The space was not overcrowded, which allowed me to move around freely during my workout without feeling cramped or uncomfortable. The gym had everything I needed for my day-to-day workout routine. The equipment was well-maintained and of high quality, and there were plenty of options to choose from, whether I wanted to focus on cardio, strength training, or stretching. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped space to work on their fitness goals.
Such welcoming, person centered and friendly staff. The Induction with Shirley was very friendly/person centered and very helpful & the kickstarter service is such a fantastic/affordable way to get back into movement. The gym has all I need and appeared very clean. I have also asked openly about some of the negative reviews on here in regards to cancelling the membership and Shirley has kindly offered a prompt and professional response. A friend of mine had no issues with her cancellation when she moved away. Seems very straight forward : Its a great local gym and I happily give it 5 stars
I have been attending this Gym and it's predecessor for years and have always found the equipment and staff first rate. The environment is clean and staff friendly and helpful. I recommend it to young and not so young
Been to this gym for nearly 4 months now. The equipment is little old but the staffs are very friendly and helpful! Gym is overall clean and tidy. Definitely will recommend people who live around the area

The range of free weight equipment and squat racks make it an excellent gym. Low cost and very friendly/responsive staff. Would recommend. Maintained to a high level of cleanliness.
