Reasonably priced after hours, might be cheaper than public transport for 4 people, easy entry and exit. Convenient location. One of the only parking apps that actually Nash's parking easier. It has number plate recognition so is drive in drive out. Flat rate after hours.
Lovely modern, roomy carpark in the perfect location for Darling Quarter. Don't think I've ever given a car park five stars before, but it's so nice parking somewhere with more than ten centimetres of clearance / fresh paint / 21st century technology.
UPDATED. Have received a refund.nnFirst parking let me down big time on the weekend. Normally park during work days but weekend was a disaster. They continue to let cars in even if there are no available spaces. They do not publish a “car park full sign. I’m driving around trying to find a spot and competing with the other dozen drivers also arriving after me. I had to leave after 20 minutes. After messing up my evening they still bill you for it. Hope to get a refund given the very short time I was in there and unable to park otherwise. Found parking elsewhere, and that station had availability and staff directing ppl. Beware if considering First Parking as they’re unmanned stations and won’t tell you if they’re full..
Beautiful carpark. It's super close to the playground and restaurants. I find the rate is very reasonable for CBD $20/day flay rate. What I find really interesting is the Air compressor in one of the level. I think it's level 3 if I'm not wrong. If you have a pram or bike and need extra air, you can use it. Overall, I think this car park is great.
Really impressed with First Parking! I had a small issue with a boom gate not opening so I had to take a ticket which rendered the member's rate invalid, but their support team—especially Alysha—was quick to sort it out. She processed the refund super fast and gave me a helpful heads-up about using the QR code next time if the gate doesn’t open.nIt’s nice dealing with a company that actually cares and makes things easy. Big thanks to the team!
