Couldn't be happier. From our first contact it was obvious Ross knew his market and was genuine and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure any questions we had were answered promptly and helped us greatly with his local knowledge so we could make a propely informed decision to move to the area. Basically a good bloke and very professional.

Since the business has changed hands a few months ago I have noticed a give attitude change and a no tolerance stance on people who are a little short on money. I paid half of my storage unit fee, but apparently "payments don't go through unless it's a full payment"... so the payment I made won't go through until the other half is paid. I find this very bizarre as I have often paid rent on homes that was less, or more, than the weekly/monthly amount, and it was accepted and applied to the account, paying up until the monies covered. I look forward to talking to VCAT about this one. It's a shame they have the monopoly on storage unit rental in Stawell. I do hope to come back in a few months time to edit this review and change it to a happy one. Fingers crossed.
