Kate was very professional when showing us through our property and was available to answer any queries we had.  She went above and beyond our expectations to speed up the process when we applied as we only had 24 hours before we were leaving the country for a couple of weeks.  I would highly recommend Kate and First National Real Estate Carolans to anyone looking for a rental property.

Overall staff at Carolans are good but be careful  if your property manager going to be Carryn Allen because she is not like other staffs. She is very rude and charge you lots of money when you leaving as we left very clean house and everything but she told us house was dirty and charged us about $400 and I request her to send me the picture if house is dirty but the talk about the property Act and she doesn’t have humanity at all.

It is such a pleasure to deal with our property manager Kate at Carolan's. Kate has always gone above and beyond to make sure our experience renting through Carolan's is hassle free and positive. It is the best renting experience we have had on the Sunshine Coast.

The worst selling experience ,no communication,overquoted to get listings found out later they did not even bother to look at properties before estimation,save yourself heartache and frustration there is way better out there .Steer Clear
