Extremely insensitive. We lost our poor Benny to cancer 3 months before our wedding day. We originally planned for him to be a part of our special day. Once we lost Benny we contacted this company to say that we no longer required their services. They did not respond. We then received multiple emails saying “not long to go till your lovely Benny will be a part of your special day” These emails upset us all so much as it was just a reminder that our boy of 11 years would not be with us for our wedding. The most recent email was actually sent the night of our wedding!! So upsetting and totally unacceptable. Never got a refund just a very brief email to say sorry after many upsetting email reminders. We tried to contact them after each email to say please stop contacting us but it obviously didn’t work. Still very upset by the experience and would not recommend this company
Having our pup involved at our wedding was a breeze with Kylie. She did an amazing job on the day and freed us up to worry about other things while knowing our pooch was in good hands. The photos provided were very good, and the included props were just adorable. Absolutely recommended.
Kellie was the Wedding Assistant for our big baby our dog and was amazing with him. He's very energetic and quite excitable, particularly in new environments, but we were blown away at how well behaved he was at our ceremony and cocktail hour. Kellie helped him look handsome for the day, greet our guests, give the rings and even a speech 'use your words'. We felt so at ease knowing someone was taking care of him. Our guests loved having him there and he was such an important part of our big day! We wouldn't have had it any other way.

Just brilliant!
We are so fortunate to have Gillian and her team to call on when we go away. Our beautiful boy Hamish just loves his one on one daily visits. Gillian cared for our boy whilst we were away on a trip to Europe for 3 weeks last year. Each day we received the most gorgeous picture updates which we looked forward to. These really put our mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone who requires exceptional pet care!
Where to start. Kylie was absolutely amazing. We arranged for her to escort our little corgi Arnold to and from our venue for our surprise wedding in October. Kylie took Arnold for a relaxing stroll prior to the event, got him promptly to the venue dressed in his little bowtie and cuff links and somehow managed to keep him calm, collected and under control for the whole night. We were always kept up to date with his status, with texts throughout the night to let us know he was okay - and that he was home safe and had eaten his dinner. The photos from the night, from Arnold's POV was the icing on the cake - they were fabulous. We could not recommend First Class Pet Sitting highly enough. Thank you again! Lee, Danica and Arnold.
First Class Pet Sitting were amazing at looking after our grumpy kitty cat Topaz! Holly came round to meet us and learn Topaz's routine and all her quirks before we left so we felt comfortable and stress free knowing Topaz would be well looked after! We received daily photo updates while we were away which helped us feel connected. Holly also watered the plants, brought in our mail and left different lights on each night. It was such a relief to know someone was not only looking after our kitty cat but also keeping an eye on our home while we were away. From liaising with Gillian, setting up our account and meeting our pet sitter, the whole process was truly first class in support, attention and care. I highly recommend First Class Pet Sitting!
First Class Pet Sitting are true to their name! First Class! I would like to thank Gillian and the team very much for looking after our beautiful Penny over Christmas. I was quite concerned about leaving Penny as she is a rescue dog with separation anxiety. The daily photos and texts sent by Bianca meant that I was able to not only have a relaxing break but could sleep at night knowing that Penny was in good hands. Thank you so much for being there during our time of need.
Kylie was amazing at looking after our babies for our wedding. We could never imagine getting married without them but were nervous about how we could have them there and enjoy our day. Kylie made the whole day stress free and had my babies so well behaved to get great photos. Very happy to have found someone we trust for when we need normal pet sitting
Gillian and her team have cared for our two dogs and one cat for 5 years now. We first found out about this company via our local vet and we are so glad we did!
