About the Business Director:
Steven May has had over 10 years of experience as a sole-trader, serving clients across a wide range of industries. Whether he is dealing with the independent customer or a large company consumer, Mr. May's unique professional approach is to always focus on building customer loyalty by providing excellent standards of customer support. Steve envisioned the establishment of "A First Class Move" after witnessing the difference that an employer's passion for the removalist industry can make to the customer's overall experience. He strives to create an employee culture that is not only positive and energetic but also promotes professionalism and focuses on gaining the customer's trust. There is no challenge in the industry that can prevent the owner from engaging in problem solving to guarantee optimum client satisfaction.
