Inside of store was so much bigger than I'd thought. A heap of range of different drinks were available.nParking is available in the front and saw a little trolley was available for your convenience too.
I never had any issues with staff till date. This was second time with the security lady. This lady with long hair and pimples all over face , is rude. She asked me ID , I didn't had any with me that time because I came with my husband. I tried to show it in my phone but she insisted on physical ID and not in phone.Believe me I am 37 years old and don't look even closer to 20s The way she was demanding was so humiliating in front of all people, I didn't felt like standing there, so I exited the store. Literally other staff member had to come to my husband and apologies for her behaviour.nBefore leaving my husband said to her that, my wife only looks young, then this lady answers back saying - may be next time she won't forget her ID.nIf this review reaches to manager or someone in charge-nPlease make sure you always have a lovely staff working there.nPlease don't ruin it.
Was in a position where I needed to return an item purchased at another store and this was the most convenient First Choice to me. I was worried it might be an issue to do so and called ahead. Spoke to Kristy the store manager on today, who put me immediately at ease and made me feel like it would be the easiest thing in the world and even had the courtesy to let her front staff know that I would be coming in to do so. When I arrived, front staff were so friendly and helpful and Keegan who served me and the girl he was serving with sorry I didn't manage to glimpse your name badge were both an absolute delight and so helpful and obliging. I can't say I frequent bottle shops, but if this is what I can expect from the service, I may just have to start doing so! Thank you for a seamless and pleasant interaction.
Don't believe their delivery advice. They tell you that you need to be home to sign for it, tell you the day then change the day so you end up wasting your time taking leave to make sure that you are home for a delivery that isnt even coming in the first place. Avoid these clowns at all costs. It is cheaper to shop somewhere else that at least does what they say they are going to do.
The friendliest staff! They are always so helpful.
