I was disappointed with the service I received from the staff. I found them inattentive and unhelpful, and it impacted my overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as there is a lot of room for improvement. The good staff always leave. Carla was very helpful.
Finally rebranded to Liquorland Warehouse but still has the same range and deals. Good to see and glad the smaller Liquorland next to Coles is still there too. Hopefully they can work on keeping the prices consistent between the stores
Good range of products. Always has the best prices and offers. They also do price match, which is great. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ample parking space. Click and collect ready in 30mins
Meh, you want liquor they have it. Nice discounts and you can get 4pack of craft beer 4 different kinds of beer for like 14/16 dollars. Mixed drinks are where its at.
I had a terrible experience at First Choice Liquor, The Rocks. I’m a tourist, and today was my birthday — what should have been a great day was completely ruined by the extremely rude behavior of a staff member named Cavan.nnFrom the moment I entered, he was dismissive and unwelcoming. When I asked a simple question, his response was blunt and disrespectful. I’ve never been treated this way in any store, especially not while traveling.nnIt was genuinely upsetting to be treated like this, especially on a special day. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reminds their staff to treat all customers with basic courtesy — locals or tourists alike.
