This is a fantastic charcoal chicken shop. Firstly the 2 Asian ladies are always friendly and efficient. I make weekly phone orders and it’s always ready within 10mins. Secondly the chicken is always fresh, juicy, and tasty. The chips are fresh and made beautifully. I wish they had more salad variety but you can’t always get everything. My regular order is the The Family Treat which includes a whole large chicken, family chips, and salad for $33.50….. That is excellent value for a family dinner! This is what is illustrated in my photos. I will continue to shop here and support this small business. We love it.
TOO SLOW I used to come here after coles because it's convenient but they always make me wait AGES finally when im served I get cold chips from the bottom not crunchy and not many chips in medium pack. Chicken is always not ready to serve make you wait to cook it and the girl doesn't yell out your order clear or loud so customers are confused nuggets are rock hard my child couldn't even bite them
DON'T Recommend chicken was rotten and days old. I think they reheated old chicken chips were stale. Instantly sick
The first time I came to try here their food was great. Chicken cooked well, chips weren’t over cooked and decent, also fresh salad. The next time I have purchased food they have over cooked the chips with the family pack which we than had to throw most of the chips out. Today I chose to give them another go and ordered their chips. Chips are overcooked again. Basically we had to scavenge through which ones were decent enough to eat and the rest were to be thrown out. I have given them 2 stars for giving decent amount of chips with the order.
Very dry chips and chicken waited 15mins they couldn't move any slower would not recommend better of not eating
I regularly order through Uber eats. Always follows instructions, food is always fresh and tasty. My 10 month old eats her weight in the Mac and cheese. Highly recommend
Food is overpriced and not that good, now they’ve added a surcharge if you buy using a debit card which is illegal, won’t be going back.
I know there's a shortage but come on! Really? Two tiny pieces of lettuce? Extremely disappointed.
Bought a family pack - whole chicken, choice of salad, and chips. Chips were way too over cooked, after picking seafood salad was told it was an extra $3, I asked why there was an extra charge she stated seafood, and I replied with that's not real seafood! Instead I got a salad of cabbage and mayo. Also bought fried rice, so disappointed the rice was so old, not freshly cooked. I like to support small businesses like this but when you start ripping people off, you start losing them! Not returning
Very disappointing tonight your chips were so over cooked they were inedible. I didn't see them until I got home unfortunately. They are usually the best! How hard is it to set your timers and cook the chips properly? And how can you just hand over rock hard, disgustingly over cooked food to a customer like that? You've once and for all lost us as customers. This has happened too many times now. No consistency.
