Simply AMAZING!!! Every dish was brilliantly perfected. Cannot recommend this place enough, esspecially if you appreciate cooking over fire.

Brilliant experience. From the pre-starters to the gorgeous marshmallows at the end, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. For me, the chefs played it safe on a few dishes, would loved to have encountered the fire more. Booking direct was easy - it was 2.5 months in advance but absolutely worth the wait! After seeing this restaurant on Netflix, I just had to experience it. We opted for the set menu and added extras. The food did not disappoint and the staff and atmosphere was awesome. I highly recommend the Lamb belly. Wow, never had Lamb that just melt in your mouth. Also surprisingly my other fave dish was the Hawkesbury Veggies

I wish I had been sooner. An amazing experience, super friendly staff. Lennox Hastie brought one of the dishes to our table and told us about how it was prepared and even had time for a book signing! A genuinely great soul. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out on one of Sydney's most unique culinary experiences.
