Love my fiorina jewelery however i would recomend not purchasing any jewelery with charms dangling as the craftsmanship is realy just not there, durability wise... Have spent 10s of thousands of $$ in this store and online.. 3 bracelets later with dangly charms and all 3 have lost their charms.... Other than this i LOVE the unique styles of fiorina

3.5/5 Read through the rest of the reviews and it is true, it does seem like your in a scene from pretty woman where they look you up and down before helping you. However when the staff help you they have extensive knowledge about every single piece, price, material and all the dos and don'ts. I have bought countless rings from fiorina; the stones do fade, especially the pink, they absorb the tan and aren't meant to be worn in water. I would expect better for around $450/$500. But the silver rings ie. pinkie coin ring are great quality, wear mine day in and day out for years and apart from scratches looks pretty good. In saying that the gold accents on all the silver jewellery pretty quickly fade to silver. Designs are unique and stunning, price is high, especially for the quality and how non-durable they are. I will keep buying from them because just fall in love with their pieces.
Horrible customer service - Extremely rude and unprofessional. The store is very money hungry, their jewellery is so expensive, i requested to get a stone replaced as the stone they originally gave me was faulty, had scratches all over it, i understand stones are unique but this stone looked horrible, they were so rude, they advised to replace the stone i would be charged a replacement fee - they charged me a couple of hundred dollars, when i picked it up i was in disgust to be given the exact same stone only polished up. They treat you horrible and soooo money hungry, to charge for a replacement but only polish it, how horrible can you be.
At first I found the staff not very helpful. Then I visited it again and found them to be a little better at customer care. However my daughter went last week to pick up a gift for my birthday and she felt they were not helpful. They did not help her get into the store and were not welcoming her. She felt they ignored her at first. She was a good customer who in the end bought a pair of earrings and a bracelet. It is disappointing as I love the product. She felt it was very pretty women like. The movie where they looked you up and down and thought you were not going to buy anything so we won’t greet her or help her. !! Please be more friendly to others and if she should like to return to the shop in the future please treat her and tot hers equally with care and kindness. They are your customers who pay your wage. !!!!!
I recently visited Fiorina Jewellery and I am very happy I did. What great old school customer service! It’s so nice to be served by staff who really know their product and are super helpful. A friend suggested I should visit them and I am sure I will be back here for more gift ideas in the future. Beautiful jewellery and a great store.
I am constantly disappointed by the quality of Fiorina Jewellery and the appalling customer service they provide. My daughter and I absolutely love their unique designs but after frequent return visits to have multiple bracelets and rings of hers repaired, the lack of responsibility and impertinence displayed by the staff at Fiorina has been a total turn off. Myself, my daughter and many of our friends share similar stories of their Fiorina pieces falling apart, breaking or stones fading, to which the Fiorina staff repeatedly shift blame. We won't be buying these fading beauties anymore nor suffering their bad manners.
Im very disappointed in the quality of fiorina jewellery. I have brought numerous fiorina items for my partner. the last 2 items being earrings, and they are unwearable. The first set was for her birthday in March, silver coin cross earrings. She wore them for around 4 months before they started to discolour the side of her face. she had never experienced this before. In October we were in Melbourne from Perth, it was our anniversary and I decided that I wanted to spoil her. so I suggested that we go into the florina store, as we have never been. We asked the sales lady about her earrings and if there is anything that we are doing wrong / anything we can do to prevent this from happening. i was wanting to get her something special also and under the guidance for the sales lady we purchased a set of gold coin pearl earrings for $2800. She had suggested gold, as they are more pure and should not discolour her skin. they started turning her face black within after the first wear. we were told by the sales staff to keep cleaning the jewellery. I just don’t think its realistic and practical for her to be cleaning them after 1-2 hours of wearing them. She would rather be flaunting her new earrings, but in stead people are commenting on the black marks on her face. I was told that nothing could be down. I was a little concerned considering the investment. They should defiantly of been of better quality. she has only worn them a hand full of times because of this . recently the hoop has Brocken were it was soldered on to the coin. Fiorina has again disappointed me, saying that I should bring them into the showroom for an inspection with the gold smith + I may incur a charge. I don’t feel although they are worth spending the money on. They are not to the standard of a high quality jewellery.
We have been visiting Melbourne for many years on business and always make the effort to visit Fiorina and staff. It is exaclty what i look for not only in jewelry but the way they explicitly review my exact needs without any persuasion. There are not many premium qualty manufacturers that are totally accountable for their own designs. We have been supporting Fiorina Jewerly with purchases that have made our family extremly happy but more imprtatly will remain part of our family for many years to come. See you again
