The most overpriced pharmacy I've been to in Brisbane. Recently I made an OTC medication purchase (promethazine) and was so stunned when the cashier announced the price, my surprised response was virtually involuntary. Compared to the retail price elsewhere, a 100% mark up had been applied. My tone did not go unnoticed by the cashier, whose excuse of a lack of buying power sounded well-rehearsed, leading me to the conclusion that I'm not the only customer to express shock at their prices. I don't buy the excuse either (they'd probably overcharge for that too). I've bought the same product, Phenergan 25mg, not generic versions, from an independent pharmacy in Annerley and was charged only slightly more than the large chain chemists like Priceline Pharmacy or Discount Drug Store. If their mark-ups for OTC products apply across the board, it's extortionate. There is also very little in the way of therapeutic items on display in the store, with virtually all their floor space devoted to gift/souvenir store products, sunglasses, trinkets and hats. In very basic terms, this is the pharmacy to go to if you are without another option. There are plenty of better options within a few minutes' drive. I'd recommend all of them before this one.

Stupidly expensive. Bought a bottle of cough medicine for $26.95. Later found out Chemist warehouse has it for $8.99.

Wonderful customer service and so many cute little gifts for toddlers and teens.

Plan to spend a fortune here, most products are old and near it's expiry date and you will pay double for everything compared to other pharmacies. Only good thing is the customer service.
