With a philosophy of treating clients according to current evidence based practice, Fiona provides a highly skilled Physiotherapy assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal injuries. An individualised approach that centres on client's knowledge and understanding of their injury encourages active involvement by the client in their rehabilitation. Fiona's aims are to restore optimal movement, reduce pain and have you back to your sport or physical activity as soon as possible.
Clinical Pilates sessions in the beautiful studio of Unite Health in Prahran. 1:1, 2:1 and small group sessions with tailored programs for individuals to rehabilitate injuries, improve mobility and flexibility and strengthen the body to reduce the risk of injury.
