Outstanding! Had walked past many times but finally visited today. We've found our new local brunch spot! The menu items are really diverse, with interesting selections from Japan, Korea and all around the globe Can't wait to try them all. Good selections for all dietary requirements, too with excellent veggo and seafood options, as well as plenty for the carnivores We had the nduja baked eggs and chili prawn scrambled eggs. Highly recommend both!! Can't get over how light, crunchy and delicious the toast was, too And great coffee!
Table of 5 having brunch on a Saturday. 2 of the meals were good, 2 were ok, one was absolutely terrible, worse than you'd expect from a servo at 4am. The service wasn't great either. We were very disappointed with our experience here.
An exceptional place to have a function with fine food, attentive staff and a trendy fit out. The entrees were amazing and service was some of the best I have experienced.
Updated review Dec 2020: It's been a little while since we've been back here for breakfast, but we've been quite a few times for dinner, and we've loved that! Overall the food is still very good - a modern Asian/ fusion type of menu. Loved the smoothies too! . Breakfast bibimbap - fried egg, mushroom, zucchini, radish, sprouts, rice, gochujiang: super tasty bibimbap! The sauce was mild-moderately spicy. Overall a great Korean dish! . Japanese pancake - grilled pork belly, speck, poached egg, shaved cabbage, kewpie, teriyaki: this was a super interesting dish! The pancake was nice and savoury, and very different from the traditional pancakes. The pork belly was soooo good! . The Snickers smoothie was amazing!
Just stopped in out of a desperate need for coffee while I was in the area but was tempted by the breakfast muffin and was not disappointed! Also a plus, they didn't burn or split my soy coffee which is an immediate win for me. Staff were lovely, place was clean and cute, I'll be back when I'm passing through again.Food: 5/5
Really a special brunch experience. So surprise that they serve the Asian style dishes. We would like to try their Dandan Noodle next time.
Beautiful breakfast food. A great place to have possibly a different normal take on breakfast with Asian influence.
The staff are freindly and polite. The food was great I had the breakfast bibimbap and two cappuccinos . The bibimbap had s soft fried egg on top so when you break the yolk open and goes through the rest of it was awesome The coffee is great as well. People need to go and try them only had breakfast there but will go back and try some more of the menu. Well done @fineandfettle 5 out of 5
Got the aburi salmon belly salad bowl, the salmon was very dry and overcooked. There was no "aburi" flavour to the dish at all, very disappointed! The beef tataki however was nice and flavoursome.
We heard about this place from a friend. The plating of dishes looks fab, the sweet potato cake dish was lovely as was the snickers smoothie too. Nice fit out but can get a little loud at times. Worth a look
