I went to Financial Services Tasmania to lodge the tax return. I have nothing to say about the service itself. But it was a disappointing experience for the treatment I have received.
At the Financial Services Tasmania, in the afternoon there is the most unpleasant and mean segetary / receptionist I ever meet in my life. The worst thing is not that she never replied to my greetings but the fact that when I asked explanations about the cost of the service, she answered in a very rude and annoyed way (by puffing). I suspect this happend because I am not Australian, as I've noticed that her way to interact with other (presumibly local) clients was much different ( she was much kinder and available). If my suspect is correct, I think this way to behave is quite unprofessional and potentially negative for the business of his employer, at least in regard to not local customers like me.

Poor service and expensive. Needs to prise open the wallet and paint the shabby exterior to match the fees

well, if you'd like to be laughed at by their "help" for accidentally chasing another inept tax agent and phoning them instead (i moved house and Financial Services Tasmania are no longer anywhere near me) then this company would be fine for you.

there are alot of tax agents, i'd imagine treating your clients or potential clients with a certain amount of professional courteously would go along way ("click", that was the sound of their contact being deleted)
