We drove an hour to try this cafe to try something new. It's a cute little place with friendly service and staff. Menu was limited, however the food was full of rich and complex flavours. They ran out of vanilla buns which we ordered through the mobile app, staff was very apologetic and more than happy to replace with a variety of lovely cakes. Blueberry flavoured tea was also a treat. They also sell little treats and homemade alcohol. Couldn't pass up the thought of homemade mulled wine! We will definitely be back. Hopefully there will be Swedish meatballs on the menu like I've seen other users post.
A delightful Swedish cafe with good vibes. The food was absolutely delicious and they also sold a neat range of Swedish snacks. The best way I cam describe it is like a much fancier, trendy Ikea Cafeteria. We had the "Salmon Lover" and the "Silly Susan", both were amazing with fantastic flavour profiles and great presentation.
Very yummy pastries. Would highly recommend their cinnamon bun and cheese bun. Gets busy on the weekends though so be prepare for a bit of a wait. Lovely place and probably the only Swedish food place in Sydney!
Didn't try the food but the coffee was just OK. I guess they're better known for the food rather than the coffee. The surrounding area is very pleasant. Lots of graffitis & communal seating.
Great food, great service, spectacular location! Tucked-away and quiet, but not hidden. Came here for a long lazy brunch, the staff were friendly and efficient, the coffee was smooth and delicious, the food menu was varied but not overwhelming, and the food was superb. Salmon, feta, horseradish cream, rye bread, all incredible. Would recommend this cafe.
The Cinnamon Bun was the best. Good coffee. The service was quick and friendly.
LOVE their cinnamon buns!! But you need to be early to get them. Also, their crab sandwich is so tasty! One small minus for the prices even though I understand it’s located in Manly.
It was so nice place! And the dish was so amazing. I can't forget this tasty: I ate meatball, it was so good!!!!Food: 5/5
Was visiting Manley and decided to brunch at Fika... The Nordic salad is to die for. It's such a flavour bomb and came in a generous and filling portion I ordered it with tuna. It was a great start to my day!
So bloody delicious. Flavours perfectly complement each other. Filling. I truly feel like I got my money's worth. Mood is calm. My favourite cafe in outer Sydney. Hot chocolate too sweet. Edit: paid $16 for a bacon and egg roll. Bun burnt, fried egg overcooked, bacon either burnt or raw but smothered in oil. Literally nothing enjoyable about this roll. And it took 30 minutes to make. I don't think I will return.
