I’ve been to dozens of gyms in my lifetime and this one ticks ALL my boxes. It teaches a variety of disciplines; boxing, kickboxing, MMA, Brazilian jujitsu, wrestling, judo and more. PLUS it has all your functional strength, conditioning and cardio equipment, classes, PT AND stretching.  Not to mention a friendly and supportive community that’s inclusive of all people and all fitness levels.  They put on plenty of seminars and events to keep you motivated and excited, and a wonderful crew who are well experienced and genuinely passionate about growth mindsets, health and wellness.  They have a 2 week trial, so if you want to suss it out of recreational interest, or you’re keen on becoming an amateur or professional competitor, it’s definitely worth having a chat with the coaches and trying out a few sessions.

Great gym facility. Ross and the team are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place i would recommend for those who are interested in starting their martial arts journey.

Visited this venue for a grappling competition for my daughter. The venue is well designed with the use of alot of natural light. The bathroom facilities is very clean and the staff there are very friendly.

I didn’t know what to expect having zero experience in martial arts. But the 2 weeks trail was an amazing start. There’s a lot of time slots for different fitness and martial art classes so it caters for all; even full time 9-5 like myself. It’s truly a great way to distress and you get to build yourself at your own pace. You’ll meet such lovely people and they really look after you. I highly recommend this wonderland and come have some fun! I would love to see another female in my jujitsu class .

My son has been attending kids MMA classes for the past two years, and he absolutely loves going there!!  Ross & the team are all friendly and welcoming, and run engaging and interesting classes for the kids.  He's learnt a bunch of new skills, and it has helped increase his confidence...bonus points for the exercise factor :

I started training at fightcross just over two years ago now and it's been the best experience of my life. Head coach Ross Cameron has a extensive knowledge of not just martial arts but life in general, and the same goes for meli who's a expert in her craft and all round great gym mum. Great community of people, no ego's at this gym.

Have been training here for about a year in total. Love the variety of classes & the schedule works in well with my shift work. Great coaches & always feel like I'm leaving the gym having learnt something new.  Great gym & great experience. Would recommend.

Great facilities for any gym, especially an MMA focused one. Encouraging beginner atmosphere with options for more advanced practitioners. Very approachable and friendly staff.  Really happy signing up here!
