The lady with the black hair has no idea of what she is doing, I asked for skin fade and she took over an hour. And plus the fade is terrible. She does not know how to cut hair it is so uneven and she was becoming aggressive with my head and she was becoming impatient. For 35$ I am distrusted. Do not go here it is terrible
The person who cut my hair had very limited communication skills, did not seem to be able to discuss the style of the cut, did a very simple job and then they charged me $33 for the privilege. Disappointing! I had a sense before going in that I wouldn't get my money's worth but I didn't have time to go to my normal barber who usually charges $27 and is such a great guy with awesome interpersonal and hair cutting skills. I won't be making that mistake again!
I have been in this place twice and very happy with the service. Laura cut my hair in the exact way I explained her. She was very friendly and professional. She listened carefully and cut my hair excactly what I asked for. I liked her proficiency and recommend her to everyone.
The barber Tam knows his stuff well. He did exactly what I asked for. Fast, efficient and friendly. Usually you do not need to wait for long, and note that student’s price only applies Monday to Thursday.
Got haircut today and it wasnt what I was asking for. I tried showing the hairdresser a video of the hairstyle I wanted. After 10 seconds of looking, the hairdresser started cutting and I thought he knew what I wanted but I was wrong. I offered him to view the video again but was told it was okay and it was like this and that. I wanted more of a pompadour which I had told the hairdresser however what I received was more of a comb over. I left the place as a mess. hairdresser didn't bother cleaning the sides of my hair, I was left with a streak of hair on the right side of my face where he had missed. The left side burn is uneven and more on a slant. I've only realised this when I got home and looked at it carefully. For 28 dollars, not worth the money.
Terrible. Moderate queue and 3 barbers on Saturday. Two barbers were reasonably quick but the other spent over 40m with a simple hair-cut - spent most of the time chatting. Would be fine if there were not customers waiting. Ended up getting chatty barber, unfortunately. I suspect I had made my impatience clear, my haircut was quick and messy. Very unprofessional - obviously do not care about reputation. Will not be going back.
Great service, can get busy on the weekends and Thursday nights. Pay a bit more on a Sunday though. Great hair cuts and beard trims. Been there several times and been impressed every time.
Second time back at this place. Was very happy with the service, friendly staff and my favourite, Ashleigh! She’s simply fantastic! Did amazing work with my hair both times. I’m definitely going to be a returning customer for this place.
It’s is expensive for the service. The haircut is very basic and the same that you can find in cheap places. Nothing else.
