The best flower delivery I’ve ever experienced. Seriously, Kelly and all the Fig&Bloom staff have been so kind and professional all the way trough the process! 

I asked her to deliver the flowers as early as possible, and this is exactly what happened, as promised by her. 

The bouquet was beyond expectations, my girlfriend was over the moon and my birthday message has been carefully hand-written in Italian on the card! The flowers were beautiful, carefully wrapped, photographed and emailed to me before being delivered. 

What else? You know really well how to run your business with effort, and that’s what makes your shop outstanding!

Looking forward to make my girlfriend happy again with your flowers!

Fig & Bloom were most efficient, friendly and had my flowers delivered in short notice. It was an extremely easy process. They even sent a photo of the flowers to me, which was a lovely personal touch. The flowers were beautiful! All round, a really wonderful service and I would absolutely use them again. Excellent customer experience! From the first call to order right up to delivery! They even send you a pic of the most beautiful Flowers sent. I will definitely use Fig and Bloom again and highly recommend them. 💐

I sent White Day flowers to my partner, with a message in Japanese.  I had assumed the message would be printed, but Fig & Bloom painstakingly copied out the text onto the card by hand.  Naturally the flowers themselves were beautiful and my partner was delighted, but the effort to make sure my message was delivered was above and beyond.  Well done Fig & Bloom.

Kellie and Daniel at Fig and Bloom are a magic team! They provide 10/10 customer service, and the flowers are by far the best I have ever sent. I was then WOWed by the follow up email from Kelli with a personalised thank you and a photo of the flowers after they were delivered I sent to one of our staff members. Well done guys in a flooded market you have most certainly stood out!  100% love and support to an amazing company!
