Great food, great coffee, best & friendliest staff. My go to coffee shop.
The cafe had no other customers but they still took their time in making two small coffees. The staff were unenthusiastic and slow. Then the gentleman who handed us the coffees dropped one on my mother's foot. She got scorching hot coffee poured on her foot and no one made an attempt to help her. The gentleman who dropped it apologised and disappeared into the kitchen, someone else started mopping it up. I had to get napkins and clean up my mum's feet, no one attempted to help us. She asked for her money back and thankfully they gave it. I left my coffee with them because I had honestly no interest anymore, said stuff it, keep the money, keep the coffee, I just want to get out of here, extremely stressful and upsetting. Not a very good first impression, won't be going back. Do not recommend.
Always come here with a disability client and the wait time is always over 10 minutes, even when not busy. Food is mediocre and extremely over priced Could make a better thickshake at home cause they charge extra to call a milk shake a thickshake and only use Nesquick.
Best Coffee, Best Customer Service! I have been buying my coffee from Fibonacci since new management took over and the staff even remember my daily order.
